Connection part II
What happens when you relax your frame — or keep it more engaged? How do changes in energy, body weight, posture, and momentum influence your leading and following? In this session, we explore how shifting energy and tone opens up new possibilities within the shapes you already know. Max. 5 couples

What will you learn?
Building on Connection – Part I, we continue our focus on body awareness, connection, and movement clarity. By changing elements such as timing, energy, weight, and momentum, new movements and variations naturally emerge — without specifically adding new material.
With clear guidance, hands-on tools, and small-group attention, we go deeper into how these physical choices influence both technique and partner connection. Personal feedback is woven throughout the session to help you refine how you move, listen, and respond.
Level of dancing
You should be familiar with the Lindy Hop basics: rhythm changes (triple step, groove, 6- and 8-count), send-outs, pass by's, tuck turns, change places and swing out.
Advanced dancers are very welcome. Thanks to the small group size and individual guidance, this session can be as challenging as you want it to be. I’ll meet you where you are in your process and guide from there.
